About me
I’m a BACP-registered counsellor and currently completing the final stages of my Doctorate in Counselling Psychology. I’ve worked in NHS and public sector mental health services for over eight years, supporting children, young people, adults and families across a range of needs and settings.
I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those in caring roles. Therapy with me is shaped by both professional and lived experience. I understand how heavy life can feel when you’re holding a lot, and how important it is to have a space that’s just for you.
Alongside my clinical work, I’m also a qualified yoga teacher. I’ve taught in gyms, studios, schools and workplaces, and I enjoy integrating yoga and psychology to support both mental and physical wellbeing. This mind–body perspective can be part of our work if it feels helpful to you.
My approach is calm, curious and collaborative. We work at your pace, exploring what matters most to you, no pressure, no judgement, just space to be fully seen and supported.
